Sticky Fig Glaze for Ham
Vegetarian
Lip-smackingly good glaze with zero effort if you want to glaze your own ham. We use Australian figs caramelised with brown sugar, then simmer with apple juice and cinnamon. When nice and sticky we finish with some balsamic vinegar to cut through the sweetness.

To glaze your ham, remove the skin and score. Place ham in baking dish, pour over glaze and use pastry brush to smother the ham in glaze. Bake in pre-heated 170c oven for 1 hour. Baste 3 times during the baking.Nutrition Per Serve
