Our meals for one person come in two sizes to suit all types of appetites. The GDS Meals for 1 are standard size meals with classic flavours and will satisfy most hearty eaters. They are listed at the top of page. All other meals on this page are from our sister range, Dietlicious. They are healthy meals in smaller portions and are marked as Petite Size. Our complete meals for one person are tasty, super nutritious and sure to satisfy. From soups to stir fry’s, pastas, roasts and pastries – it’s all available with our gourmet food delivery. Meals are ready in just a few minutes. They come with easy reheating instructions and most can be done in the microwave.
If you've got a smaller appetite then the Dietlicious Petite Size meals will do nicely for you. Those who prefer a bit more to fill them up, will be better satisfied with our GDS range which are standard sized and appear at the top of the page.
