These morish vegetarian muffins are delicious and one of our most popular. The base is a traditional risotto using arborio rice, flavoured with vegetable stock, garlic and parmesan cheese. To which we add roast pumpkin, sprinkle of chilli and eggs to produce a frittata mix. When baked they produce golden nuggets that's hard to stop at one!

Easy Heat + Serve
Defrost in fridge or place on oven tray and allow to defrost for an hour. Heat in pre-heated 200c oven for 10-12 minutes until piping hot. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutrition Per Serve
