PorkLarb is a meat salad that derives from Laos but has gained popularity across South East Asian and now in the West too. Larb beautifully combines savoury Asian flavours with fresh zesty ingredients. We start with pork mince and marinade in lemongrass, garlic, ginger and fish sauce for a zap of flavour and dose of protein. Topped with toasted rice for crunch, the result is an outstandingly tasty and modern salad that you will adore!

Easy Heat + Serve
Frozen salad components. Warm pork larb in microwave for approx 30 seconds if desired. Add to 2 cups fresh salad base and toss together with dressing. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutrition Per Serve
