Delivered raw. Allow chicken to defrost and come to room temperature. Place on oven tray and bake in pre-heated oven for 40 minutes until golden and piping hot. Alternatively cook on BBQ over medium coals. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutrition Per Serve
