Lamb/BeefOur premium Aussie lamb shoulder is slow cooked Moroccan style with apricots, prunes and aromatic spices until we have a lovely rich sauce and mouth-wateringly tender meat. We add a side of healthy turmeric quinoa pilaf which is cooked with gluten free stock, seasonings with the added goodness of garden peas, cauliflower and fresh baby spinach leaves. This spicy, sweet tasting dish is very high in protein and low in carbs.
This meal is from our sister company Dietlicious. It is a nutritionally balanced, healthy full flavoured meal suitable for all, not just people trying to lose weight however it is a smaller portion.

Easy Heat + Serve
Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 7 minutes based on 900 watt microwave. Heat on high for approx 2 minutes until piping hot. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx 3 minutes. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutrition Per Serve
