This meal is one of Janel's 'go to' dinner party staples and demanded by her guests to put on the GDS menu. So here it is. Approx 600 grams of fresh marinated barramundi in house -made sweet soy, lemon, chilli and shallots. Comes in foil container frozen, ready to bake in just 20 minutes. Must be fully defrosted and out of the fridge for an hour before cooking . The result is magnificent fresh baked fish ready to be devoured by your guests.

Barramundi (92%), GF sweet soy, GF soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, olive oil, garlic, shallots, chilli. CONTAINS: SEAFOOD, SESAME
Easy Heat + Serve
Oven cooking only. Defrost in fridge and allow to come to room temperature. Remove lid and place high in pre-heated 200c oven. Bake for 20 minutes. Check at this stage. Cook longer if required but please remember the fish will keep cooking when removed from oven. Allow to rest and transfer to serving platter using baking paper. Use egg slice to lift one end of fish and pull out the baking paper with the other hand, just like the magician and the table cloth. Garnish with chopped coriander.
