Based on the classic French dish Rillettes we have poached and flaked salmon fillet and mixed with capers, lemon, dill and a few other herbs. There are 4 components - salmon, lemon dressing, fried shallots, edamame beans. All you do is add 2 cups salad greens of your choice and toss together.

Easy Heat + Serve
Frozen salad components. Warm salmon in microwave for approx 30 seconds if desired. Add to 2 cups fresh salad base and toss together with dressing. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutrition Per Serve
