Packed with a punch of chilli, lemon zest and garlic, this meal for 2 is a great spring/summer meal. Ideally suited to serve with a salad and carbs if desired. Couscous goes well and takes the same time to cook as it does to flash pan fry the tenderloins. BBQ option is also recommended.

Easy Heat + Serve

Allow to defrost and come to room temperature. Pre-heat a fry pan with a little olive oil and fry over medium heat for 1 minute each side until golden brown and piping hot. Alternatively BBQ over medium coals. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.
