Once you taste this meal you'll be surprised it comes in at under 350 calories as it's got a beautiful rich and decadent flavour. We slow cook the beef with veg and this not only tenderises the meat but ensures all the nutrients are retained. We place the ragu on a bed of creamy cauliflower mash that has a lower carb content than regular mash, plus has the benefit of being high in nutrients and fibre. A new staff favourite, you won't be disappointed!

Easy Heat + Serve
Frozen: Defrost in microwave for approx 8 minutes based on 900 watt microwave. Heat on high for approx. 3 minutes until piping hot. Defrosted: Heat on high for approx. 4 minutes. Stir before serving. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutrition Per Serve
