The nickname "bangers" dates back to World War I, when food shortages necessitated the use of fillers (mostly water) in meat. The high water content and tight casings often caused the sausages to explode during cooking. The term was widespread by World War II. Easy Heat + Serve
Leave lid on. Defrost in microwave for approx 10 minutes based on 900 watt microwave. Heat on high for approx 3 minutes until piping hot. Once defrosted consume within 4 days.Nutrition Per Serve

I always have this in the freezer!! It’s a favourite. The sausages are always so tasty, the gravy perfect and the best ever mash. Recommend this!
